British Airways also took a similar decision, they suspended the sale of short-haul tickets from their main airport, that Heathrow Airport. The airport, Schiphol airport exaggerated that, they will continue their passenger cap policy through to September and the end of October.

The spokesperson for Schiphol Airport made it known that, though the number of passengers will be limited to 67,500 per day in September, the number is expected to increase to 69,500 per day in the month of October. He continued by saying that, the airport is expecting to see a rise in those departing from the vicinity of the airport.

The expectations have been purged at 3,500 in the coming autumn holidays.
